WB skins Toolwindows now?

I could have sworn I heard this somewhere, but not totally sure. Can anyone tell me if I'm right or wrong and point me towards a skin that has this feature? Thanks in advance.

WB4 does tool windows. For skins that support tool windows, try:

Yes you heard right, Blackcomb has it Sage & Lina Silver IIRC.
